Services
It takes an incredible amount of courage and vulnerability to reach out for help when you need support. I can't think of anything more valuable to yourself and to the relationships you have than to invest in your own growth. We’ve all been in a space where we are surviving - endlessly doggy-paddling just to stay afloat and gasp for air! That is exhausting, and not sustainable. Let’s shift from surviving to thriving so we can feel a greater sense of purpose, connection, and meaning in our lives.

Telehealth
Online sessions provide greater flexibility to fit self-care into our busy lives. Sessions can take place early in the morning, during lunch, or later in the evening. If there’s a reliable lull in your day, it’s easy to schedule a session. Teletherapy is much the same as therapy in person! All you need is a private space to allow for reflection and connection.
Do I have to meet a therapist in person to experience the benefits of sessions?
That depends on the person. Some people love the ease and freedom of virtual sessions. They can be at home, in a safe environment, where they feel comfortable. Others enjoy the adventure of emotional reflection while sitting in their car next to the coffee shop they just visited. For some people, in-person sessions are better, but many of us can and do enjoy and benefit from virtual sessions.
Sorting out scheduling for two or more members of a household can be a challenge, and virtual sessions provide an ease of access to treatment that can allow for progress without the stress of schedule management. Setting aside time for a 50-minute session really only requires 50 minutes! No need to account for drive time, traffic, parking, babysitter, etc.
